• 2 Potatoes
• 10 Roasted reddish chilies
• 1 tablespoon Fenugreek seeds
• Tamarind, the size of a lemon
• 3 tablespoon Mustard seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil, for cooking
Cut white potatoes into little cubes.
Apply little table salt all over it & keep it aside for 20 minutes.
Remove the table salt from white potatoes & fry them in the oil.
Grind the left over ingredients to a smooth paste, adding a little water.
Boil the grounded paste & add a little salt.
Add the deep-fried white potatoes to the ground paste.
Achar Aloo is ready.
