Adrak Ka Achar is a very tangy pickle recipe. Learn how to make/prepare Ginger Pickle by following this comfortable recipe.

• 100 gm Ginger br>• 1/4 tablespoon Mustard seed
• 1/4 tablespoon Fenugreek powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Asafetida
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
• 1/4 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• Juice of 1 citrus limon
• Oil
Grate ginger finely.
After grating the ginger, soak the same for 5 minute in water and then drain.
Heat 4 tablespoon oil and add table mustard seeds.
When they splutter, add fenugreek powder and asafetida.
Add grated ginger, table salt and reddish chilli powder.
Fry well, until the moisture is gone and it turns a non-sticky paste.
Add citrus limon juice.
Adrak Ka Achaar is ready.
