Aioli Recipe • 2 Egg yolks
• 4 Cloves garlic, stripped and crushed
• 1 Cup olive oil
• A pinch salt
Blend garlic along with the egg yolks and salt.
Add olive oil gradually to it, stirring smartly by the hand, or with a mixer.
Aioli is ready to serve.
