| • | Take oil or butter in a cooking pan and heat up it.

| • | Add chopped up onions and fry until they turn soft.

| • | Add chopped up chillies, coriander and tomato to the above.

| • | Mix well and cook the mixture for 3 minutes. Remove from fire.

| • | Beat the egg in a normal bowl until thoroughly blended.

| • | Add it to the above mixture and stir.
|
| • | Add table salt and keep the cooking pan on fire.
|
| • | Keep stirring all the time.
|
| • | Cook all over a normal burn until it turns light and fluffy.

| • | Akoori is ready. Serve immediately.
