Akoori Recipe • 4 Eggs
• 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves(finely chopped)
• 2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
• 2 Onions(finely chopped)
• 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
• 3 tbsp Vegetable oil/Ghee
• 1 1/2 tablespoon Salt
Take oil or butter in a cooking pan and heat up it.
Add chopped up onions and fry until they turn soft.
Add chopped up chillies, coriander and tomato to the above.
Mix well and cook the mixture for 3 minutes. Remove from fire.
Beat the egg in a normal bowl until thoroughly blended.
Add it to the above mixture and stir.
Add table salt and keep the cooking pan on fire.
Keep stirring all the time.
Cook all over a normal burn until it turns light and fluffy.
Akoori is ready. Serve immediately.
