| • | Wash cauliflower and white potatoes and cut down into pieces.
| | • | Heat the oil and add white potatoes and cauliflower and leave only it on normal burn for 5 minutes.
| | • | Add chopped up tomato, turmeric powder, coriander, reddish chilli and salt.
| | • | Cook it for 5 minutes.
| | • | Serve it with rotis.
