| • | Heat the oil in a cooking pan and fry the onions until brown.

| • | Remove the onion from the oil and grind.

| • | Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garlic, ginger and table salt in the left over oil. Fry the spices and add a little water.

| • | Add mutton and grounded onion to the above and cook until water dries.

| • | Add enough water to cover the contents and cook until the meat tenderizes.

| • | When meat is almost done; add white potatoes and cook until the white potatoes are cooked and the needed gravy is left. Cook throughout on low heat.

| • | Garnish with freshly parsley, green chilies and lemon.

| • | Aloo Gosht is ready. Serve with naan.
