Aloo Palak Recipe • 2 Bunches palak
• 2 Potatoes
• 2 Tomatoes
• 1 Onion
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1 Ginger
• 1 tablespoon cumin powder
• 1 tablespoon Corainder powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Cut palak, onion, tomatoes and potatoes.
Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
Fry onions until they turn transparent.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, reddish chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Mix it well.
Add white potatoes and tomatoes.
Cook until oil leaves the side of the pan.
Add palak and salt.
Cook it for 20 minutes all over normal flame.
Aloo Palak is ready.
