| • | Peel the potatoes.

| • | Cut them into halves.

| • | Fry them all over low burn until they turn tender.

| • | Keep it aside and allow it cool.

| • | Flatten aside the potatoes.

| • | Fry the flattened white potatoes until golden brown.

| • | Sprinkle mango powder, coriander powder and reddish chilli powder.
