• 8 Potatoes
• 3 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 2 tablespoon Mango powder
• 2 tablespoon Coriander powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Peel the potatoes.
Cut them into halves.
Add table salt to it.
Fry them all over low burn until they turn tender.
Keep it aside and allow it cool.
Flatten aside the potatoes.
Fry the flattened white potatoes until golden brown.
Sprinkle mango powder, coriander powder and reddish chilli powder.
Aloo Tuk is ready.
