Alu Kabli is a very usual snack of Bengal. Learn how to make/prepare Aloo Kabli by following this comfortable recipe.

• 300 gm Potatoes (boiled, peeled)
• 100 gm Black gms (soaked, boiled)
• 4-6 tbsp Lime juice
• 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
• 1/2 to1 tablespoon Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Cut the boiled white potatoes into thick pieces or 1/2 inch cubes.
Allow to cool the white potatoes thoroughly before flipping in all other ingredients.
Do not break off up the white potato pieces.
Alu Kabli is ready, serve up cold.
