• 1 Kg Mangoes
• 1/2 Kg Jaggery
• Cinnamon stick
Peel the mangoes and cut down into pieces.
Cut jaggary into little pieces.
Cook mango pieces until they turn soft.
Mix jaggary and water.
Boil it until jaggary acquires melted.
Add mango pieces and cinnamon stick.
Cook it covered up all over normal burn for 10 minutes.
Now cook it revealed until it changes to thick syrup.
Keep it for cooling.
Ambakalya is ready.
