| • | Mix flour and baking powder in a large bowl.

| • | Take a another normal bowl and put veggie oil, sugar (2 cups) and egg into it. Beat the mixture well.

| • | Now, blend the egg mixture and flour mixture until smooth.

| • | Take a little normal bowl and mix brownish sugar, white sugar and cinnamon in it.

| • | Pour one-half of the oil-egg batter into a pan. Add 2 apples followed by one-half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture to the pan.

| • | Repeat the last step.

| • | Bake the mixture in a preheated oven for about 50-70 minutes.

| • | Let the cake cool. Invert the cooking pan all over a plate.

| • | Apple Cake is ready to serve.
