Apple Chutney is a great accompaniment to the pork and ham. Learn how to make/prepare Apple Chatni by following this comfortable recipe.

• 3 Apples
• 1 tablespoon Red Chili Powder
• 1 tablespoon Dry Coriander Powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
• 1 Cardamom
• 2 Bay leaves
• 2 Cinnamon Sticks
• 4-5 tablespoon Sugar
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 2 tbsp Water
Peel off and cut down the apples into little pieces.
Grind with little water.
Heat oil in cooking pan and add cardamom, bay leaves and cinnamon sticks.
Add apples, turmeric powder, reddish chilli powder and coriander powder.
When the mixture is cooked, add sugar and salt.
Cook for 3 minutes.
Apple Chutney is ready.
