Apricot Jam Recipe • 3 Cups apricots, mashed
• 5 Cups granulated sugar
• 1 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1/2 Bottle liquid Certo
• 1/8 tablespoon Lemon rinds, grated
Combine apricots, citrus limon juice and rind.
Add sugar and stir for 5 minutes, until sugar dissolves.
Leave this mixture for about 20 minutes.
Mix pectin with this mixture, keep stirring.
Ladle into jars. Fill the jars to inner 1/2 inch of top.
Cover with cloth and allow it stand 24 hrs or nightlong until set.
Cover and freezing it.
