| • | Wash arhar dal the right way and soak nightlong in water.

| • | Add about 4 cups of water, turmeric and salt. Cook in a force cooker or a large pan.

| • | Cook on normal burn until dal turns very soft and consistent.

| • | Take a frying cooking pan with oil. Heat until it begins fuming.
|
| • | Add all the spices except citrus limon juice and coriander leaves . Mix well.
|
| • | Remove the cooking pan and add this spices to cooked dal along with coriander leaves.
|
| • | Squeeze the citrus limon juice and stir it properly.
|
| • | Arhar Dal is ready to server.
