• 2 cups Arhar Dal
• 4 cups Water
• 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Coriander Leaves ( chopped)
• 1/2 tablespoon Powdered reddish chillis
• 3-4 Fresh Green Chillies
• 1 tbsp Ginger paste
• 1/2 Lemon
• Salt to taste
Wash arhar dal the right way and soak nightlong in water.
Add about 4 cups of water, turmeric and salt. Cook in a force cooker or a large pan.
Cook on normal burn until dal turns very soft and consistent.
Take a frying cooking pan with oil. Heat until it begins fuming.
Add all the spices except citrus limon juice and coriander leaves . Mix well.
Remove the cooking pan and add this spices to cooked dal along with coriander leaves.
Squeeze the citrus limon juice and stir it properly.
Arhar Dal is ready to server.
