• 450 gm Fresh Asparagus Spears (trimmed)
• 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Butter
Take butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Heat it all over normal flame.
Add asparagus spears and cook, stirring on occasion for about 10 minutes.
Put off the flame, drain additional oil, and sprinkling cheese, salt, and pepper.
Asparagus Parmesan is ready. Serve hot.
