| • | Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.

| • | Grease a 9-inch circle baking dish with butter.

| • | Arrange cheese pieces on the bottom of the lubricated dish.

| • | Take oil in a large skillet, add bacon and cook all over low heat up until done.

| • | Drain well on paper towels.
|
| • | Chop 4 pieces of the bacon and then one-half the left over 3 pieces crosswise, curling up them into a spiral. Set aside.

| • | Whisk egg and milk together in a bowl.
|
| • | Add table salt and pepper and then stir in the chopped up bacon.
|
| • | Pour milk/egg/bacon mixture all over the cheese.
|
| • | Bake for 25-30 minutes.
|
| • | Place parsley in center of omelette and arrange bacon curls about the edge.
|
| • | Bake for 5 more minutes and then cool 5 minutes before slicing up into wedges to serve.
