Baingan Bhaja Recipe • 4 Brinjals
• 2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
• 1 tablespoon Red Chilli powder
• 4 Dry Red Chillies
• 1/2 cup Mustard Oil
• Salt to taste
Cut brinjal into slim round pieces.
Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and table salt to brinjal pieces. Mix it well and leave only it aside for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a cooking pan on normal burn and add the brinjal pieces.
Fry until they became tender then put off the burn and take aside the pieces.
Place the deep-fried brinjal pieces on absorbent paper to do aside with additional oil.
Baingan Bhaja is ready. Serve red-hot with rice.
