| • | Bring the milk to boil in a cooking pan and simmer it until it acquires reduced to half.

| • | Add sugar and cook for few more time until it acquires thickened.

| • | Allow it to cool. Garnish with chopped up dry aside fruits.

| • | Basundi is ready. Serve chilled.
