| • | Mix moong dal, reddish chilli powder,ground coriander, garam spices and grind it.

| • | Make a paste of grinded mixture.

| • | Add oil and paste in maida
|
| • | Add water and make dough aside of it.

| • | Make little balls aside of the dough and roll aside it to make puris.

| • | Deep fry it until the blow up.

| • | Bedmi Puri is ready.
