Beetroot Pachadi Recipe • 2 Cups grated beetroot
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Grated ginger
• 1 Finely chopped up onion
• 3/4 tablespoon Mustard seed
• 1 Sprig curry leaves
• 2 Green chillies, split
• 2 Cups curd
• 1-2 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
Heat oil in a cooking pan all over normal heat.
Fry the table mustard seeds.
Add onion and fry until it changes brown.
Mix green chillis and keep stirring.
Add the grated beetroot, curry leaves, ginger, and table salt to taste.
Simmer it until the beetroot is cooked properly.
Add curd to the mixture when cool.
Beetroot Pachadi is ready.
