Beetroot Pickle is a very popular recipe. Learn how to make/prepare beet root pickle by following this comfortable recipe.

• 2-3 Beetroot
• 1/4 tablespoon Fenugreek seed
• 1/4 tablespoon Mustard seed
• 1 tbsp Asfoetida
• 5-10 Green chillis
• Chilli powder
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 2 tbsp Vinegar
• Salt to taste
Chop the beetroots and chillis into little pieces and rub the pieces evenly with salt.
Fry fenugreek seed and table mustard seed in oil taken in a pan, allow chilling and then make a powder of it by grinding .
Mix asfoetida and chilli powder with the above powder.
Heat oil in cooking pan and take aside from the flame.
Put the cooked mixture in oil.
Add beetroots and chillis also.
Keep it in a bottle containing vinegar and sprinkling salt.
Beetroot Pickle is ready.
