| • | Mix all the ingredients except butter in a normal bowl and knead it into very soft dough utilising hot water.

| • | Cover the dough with a muslin cloth and leave only it for 15 minutes.

| • | After the desirable time period, split the dough into equivalent pieces and roll aside each piece into a little circle.
|
| • | Now apply a little butter in the center of each circle and fold all the adjoining sides.
|
| • | Roll aside the above into a larger circle and place it on a heated griddle.
|
| • | Once paratha is cooked on one side, turn it over; apply butter on the cooked side.
|
| • | Now allow to cook the other side and repeat the same process until both sides are the right way cooked.
|
| • | Put off the burn and serve up Besan Paratha with curd or pickle.
