• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Onion
• 1 Potato
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
• 1 little Gourd
• ½ cup Rice Flour
• 1-½ cup Gram Flour
• 8-10 Ajwain Leaves
• ½ tablespoon Cumin Seeds
• ½ tablespoon Turmeric Powder
Cut the vegetables. Do not slicing up the veggies also thick or also thin.
Mix rice flour, gram flour, salt, cumin seeds, and turmeric powder in a bowl. Add enough water to make a batter of thick consistency.
Heat the oil in a pan. When oil acquires hot, add a tablespoon of oil to the batter and mix it well.
Dip the veggies slicing up by slicing up and slide into the red-hot oil. Fry on normal heat up until golden brown.
Bhajias are ready to eat. Serve red-hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
