• 500 gms Whole wheat flour
• 150 gms Rava
• 100 gms Powdered sugar
• 120 gms Nutmeg powder
• 2 tablespoon Cashewnuts
• 2 tablespoon Cardamom powder
• Toddy (1/2 Bottle)
• 4 tbsp Oil
• Salt to taste
Mix flour and rava.
Add powdered sugar, cashew nuts, oil, sugar, salt, nutmeg powder and cardamom powder.
Mix toddy and cook dough.
Cover it and keep it for 3 hrs in a hot place.
Roll aside thick rounds from the dough.
Fry them all over normal flame.
Serve red-hot with tea.
