| • | Wash prawns pieces the right way and then soak up it in table salt water for about 5 minutes.

| • | Combine oil, coconut paste, table mustard paste, salt, turmeric and sugar, mix well.

| • | Take aside the prawns from the water and dry aside them properly.

| • | Marinate them in the coconut mixture.
|
| • | Place the prawns, individually, on a banana leaf
|
| • | Spread the chopped up chilli on the prawns and cover it with some other leaf.
|
| • | Now place the whole package in a force cooker and cook for about ten minutes.
|
| • | Steamed prawns are ready to serve.
