Bhindi Masala Recipe • 500 gms Bhindi
• 2 Onions
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon Mango powder
• 1 tablespoon Red chili
• 1 tablespoon Garam masala
• 3 tbsps Oil
• Salt to taste
Cut Bhindi into halves.
Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, reddish chili, garam spices and table salt into chopped up Bhindi and keep it aside.
Cut the onions and fry it until it changes brown.
Add chopped up Bhindi and fry it until it changes crisp.
Serve it with red-hot chapatti and curd.
