| • | To cook the marinade, 1st mix 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and black pepper in a little bowl. Whisk them together

| • | Put the beef in the freezer for about 1 60 minutes to make it easy to slice.

| • | Slice the beef steak into slim slices, pour in the marinade and marinade the beef for at about 3 hrs or overnight.

| • | Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a large skillet all over normal heat.

| • | Add the marinaded beef pieces and fry until brown. Take them aside of the skillet.

| • | Now fry the egg in the same oil for about 5 minutes on one side. Then flip all over and fry for 30 seconds on the other.

| • | Cook spinach, cucumber, radish and carrot all together in a pot of boiling water until they turn tender.
|
| • | Now stop the cooking process and marinade the veggies with a mixture of Thai chilly paste, sea salt, sugar, left over sesame oil and left over vinegar.

| • | Now arrange beef, spinach, cucumber, carrot and radish on the plate and top it off with deep-fried egg and serve.
