| • | Combine flour, baking soda and table salt in a little bowl.

| • | Take butter, granulated sugar and light brownish sugar in a large normal bowl and beat all of them together with an electrical mixer on normal hurry until the mixture turns light and fluffy.

| • | Now add egg and again beat. Then add vanilla and repeat the same.
|
| • | Add flour mixture gradually into the above and mix well. Dough preparation is all over now.
|
| • | Divide the dough into 2 oval discs and enclose them in a plastic wrap. Refrigerate these discs for at minimum 30 minutes.

| • | Now preheat the oven to 375°F and roll aside dough on lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.

| • | Draw oval "eye" shape (about 4X2 inches) on piece of a cardboard and cut down aside the shape. Use this as a stencil for cutting down cookie dough.

| • | Place the cutouts 2 inches aside on unlubricated cookie sheets. Bake the cookies for 9 to 11 minutes until they turn golden brown. Transfer the cookies to wire racks and allow them to cool.

| • | Now spread aside icing evenly all over cooled cookies and utilize candy rings to form an "iris" on each cookie.

| • | To make eyelashes, utilize black dressing gel. Decorate cookies with reddish dressing gel for bloodshot effect.

| • | Bloodshot Eyeballs are ready to serve.
