Bombay Duck is a crispy dried aside salted fish with a pungent aroma typically eaten as a starter. Learn how to make/prepare Bombay Duck by following this comfortable recipe.

• 8 Bombay ducks
• 2 Medium onions, fine sliced
• 2 Cloves garlic, fine chopped
• 3 Dried chilies, seeded and broken off into pieces
• 1/2 Cup oil
• 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
Chop the Bombay Ducks into 5 cm pieces.
Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the pieces properly.
Take it aside and drain.
Now fry the onions and garlic until onion changes golden.
Combine chilies and fry for about 2 minutes.
Add deep-fried Bombay duck pieces and stir-fry for a minute.
Mix citrus limon juice and table salt to taste.
Bombay duck is ready to serve.
