Bread Chutney is a very comfortable to make condiment. Learn how to make/prepare Bread Chutney by following this comfortable recipe.

• 2-3 Slices of bread
• 1 tbsp Mustard seeds
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 1 Tomato, chopped
• 1/2 tablespoon Asafetida
• A little tamarind
• Salt to taste
• 4 Green chilies
• Coconut scrapings
• Small bunch of coriander leaves, chopped
• Ghee or oil, for frying
Cut the bread pieces into little pieces.
Fry these pieces in butter or oil. Keep aside until cool.
Heat oil in a cooking pan and add table mustard seeds.
When the seed crackle, add a pinch of asafetida, tomato and onion slices, followed by coriander.
Put coconut scrapings and fry.
Keep aside.
Add the deep-fried pieces of bread to the above mixture.
Grind the whole mixture for 2 or 3 minutes, until it changes into a smooth paste.
Add table salt and tamarind.
Bread Chutney is ready.
