| • | Mix tymbol seeds, asafetida, baking powder, gram flour, nigella and table salt in a bowl.

| • | Add the water to it slowly and mix it until the batter is smooth and thick. (Batter is ready.)

| • | Boil, strip and cut down the white potatoes in little pieces.

| • | Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.

| • | Add table mustard seed in the oil when it is hot.

| • | Add turmeric powder, reddish chilli powder and salt.

| • | Add chopped up white potatoes and garam spices powder afterward a while.

| • | Mix them and fry for few time. (Stuffing is ready.)

| • | Cut the side of the bread and cut down it into triangular shape.

| • | Heat oil in a frying pan.

| • | Fill the white potato stuffing between 2 triangular pieces of bread.

| • | Dip it in the batter the right way to cover it whole with the batter.

| • | Fry it deep on the normal heat up carefully.

| • | Bread pakora is ready.
|
| • | Serve it with chutney.
