| • | Cut brinjal into slices.

| • | Grind table mustard seeds, green chillies, coriander leaves and garlic flakes to make a paste by adding water.

| • | Heat the oil.

| • | Fry brinjal pieces until crisp.

| • | Keep it aside.
|
| • | Now fry prawns until golden brownish and keep them aside.

| • | Add cumin and table mustard seed heated oil.
|
| • | Now add chopped up tomatoes.
|
| • | Cook them for 2 minutes.
|
| • | Mix deep-fried prawns and brinjals.
|
| • | Stir them well.
|
| • | Add cooked paste, turmeric powder and salt.
|
| • | Cook the mixture for 5 minutes.
|
| • | Add 1/2 cup water.
|
| • | Cook for 5 minutes.
|
| • | Brinjal Prawn curry is ready.
