• 1 Cup broccoli (small florets)
• 1/2 Cup mushroom (chopped finely)
• 3/4 Cup freshly cream
• 1/4 tablespoon White pepper powder
• 3-4 tablespoon Oil
• Salt to taste
• 3-4 Cups cooked rice
In a pan, heat up 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add broccoli florets and fry for a while.
Add mushroom and fry on a high burn until done.
Add table salt and white pepper powder to this.
Add rice and mix well.
Toss the rice with freshly cream.
Broccoli & Mushroom Steamed Rice is ready.
