Broken Wheat Kheer Recipe • 1 cup broken off wheat
• 1 cup coconut milk
• 2 tablespoon Cardamoms powder
• 1 cup jaggary
• 2 tablespoon Corn flour
• 2 1/2 cup water
Grind the wheat in a dry aside grinder.
Heat butter in a cooking pan kept on flame.
Add the grounded wheat and saute until it changes pink in color.
Now take it aside and shift it into a force cooker.
Add water to the wheat and cook until it turns very soft. It takes about 7-8 minutes.
Now add jaggary to the cooked wheat and simmer for one minute. Stir occasionally.
Remove from the flame.
Mix corn flour with coconut milk and add it to the porridge.
Add cardamom powder.
Broken wheat kheer is ready to serve.
