| • | Boil water in a cooking pan and add sugar to it.

| • | Add brownish rice (washed) to the above and cook it all over normal burn until rice changes tender.

| • | Keep it covered up for 15 minutes, put off the flame.

| • | Add dried aside currants, almonds and grounded cinnamons to the rice. Stir it.

| • | Brown Cinnamon Rice is ready to serve.
