Bruschetta Recipe • 2 Cups tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 Cup reddish onion, diced
• 1/3 Cup olives, pitted and chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 Cup freshly parsley, minced
• 1/4 Cup freshly basil, minced
• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 1 baguet or loaf of French bread, chopped up and toasted
Combine tomatoes and next 6 ingredients in glass pan; add table salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at minimum one 60 minutes or until ready to serve.
Bruschetta is ready.
To serve, tablespoon onto slim pieces of toasted baguette.
