• 450 gm Beef (refrigerated)
• 3 Green Onions (minced)
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
• 1/4 tablespoon Pepper
• 3 tbsp Sugar
Trim plump from beef; cut down beef into 1/8 inch slices.
Mix left over ingredients in a bowl; stir in beef until well coated.
Cover the normal bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Drain beef; fry in 10-inch skillet all over normal heat up until light brown.
Put off the burn and serve up Bulgogi with red-hot rice.
