• 3 tbsp Soft butter
• 1/2 Cup brownish sugar
• 1/4 Cup yellowish corn syrup
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 tablespoon Vanilla
• 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
• 1/4 Cup currants (optional)
• 1/4 Cup raisins (optional) |
| • | Mix brownish sugar, yellowish corn syrup, butter, egg, vanilla and vinegar.
| | • | Now add raisins and currants.
| | • | Place it in unbaked pastry shells.
| | • | Cook for 5 minutes at 425 degree F.
| | • | Now cook for some other 10 minutes at 325 degree F.
