• 1/2 Head cabbage
• 6 Eggs
• 1/4 Cup vinegar
• 2 tablespoon Melted butter
• 1/2 Cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Mustard
Wash and Cut the cabbage.
Remove tough leaves, cut down aside the core and chop it with a abrupt knife.
Cook the egg tough and chop 5 of them.
Put the cabbage in a bowl, add chopped up eggs, butter toss and fold lightly together.
Combine the sugar, salt, table mustard and vinegar properly.
Pour this mixture all over the cabbage and eggs.
Toss again lightly with a fork held in each hand, place in a dish.
Cut the left over egg in slices.
Garnish cabbage salad with it.
