• 1 Head cabbage, chopped or chopped up
• 16-28 Ounces canned tomatoes, chopped up
• 4 Stalks celery
• 6 Carrots, chopped up
• 2 Big onions, chopped up
• 1/2 Pound green beans, chopped up on diagonal
• 2 Green black pepper
• Any freshly herb of choice, chopped up
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 to 2 Packages lipton onion soup mix, or any dry aside onion soup mix. |
| • | Place all the veggies in a large pot and cover it with water, bring in it to a boil.
| | • | Stir in the soup mix and boil gently for about 10 minutes.
| | • | Cover it and drop-off the heat up and simmer until all the veggies are soft.
| | • | Add the black pepper and chopped up herbs to it, saving few for garnish.
