• 4 Medium capsicums
• 1 Big onion
• 1/2 tablespoon Jeera
• Few curry leaves and reddish chillies
• 1 tablespoon Urad dal
• 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric
• 1 tablespoon Mustard seeds
• A pinch of hing
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp Oil
Chop the capsicums and onions into little pieces.
Heat oil in a cooking pan and add reddish chillies, urad dal, table mustard seeds, jeera, hing and curry leaves.
Add onion when table mustard seed start spluttering. Fry until onions turn light brown.
Add capsicum pieces and fry for about 10 minutes.
Add turmeric and salt. Fry for 10 minutes more.
Add chilli powder. Sprinkle with curry powder.
Take off from the burn afterward a minute.
Ready to serve.
