• 1 Cup grated carrots
• 1/2 tablespoon Coarsely ground, roast cumin seed
• 1 Green chili, fine chopped up
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt to taste
• 1/2 tablespoon Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 Cups natural yoghurt
Boil the grated carrots in a cooking pan of 2 cups for 3-4 minutes. Drain the water and allow it to cool. Squeeze additional water out.
Beat salt, black pepper, yoghourt and roast cumin together.
Add green chillis and carrots and blends well.
Sprinkle table salt as required.
Serve chilled.
