• 1 Cup grated carrots
• 1/2 tablespoon Coarsely ground, roast cumin seed
• 1 Green chili, fine chopped up
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt to taste
• 1/2 tablespoon Freshly ground black pepper
• 2 Cups natural yoghurt |
| • | Boil the grated carrots in a cooking pan of 2 cups for 3-4 minutes. Drain the water and allow it to cool. Squeeze additional water out.
| | • | Beat salt, black pepper, yoghourt and roast cumin together.
| | • | Add green chillis and carrots and blends well.
| | • | Sprinkle table salt as required.
| | • | Serve chilled.
