• 120 gm Chana dal
• 4 tablespoon Ghee
• 10 Green chillies, chopped up
• 1 Coconut, grated
• 2 tablespoon Whole table mustard |
| • | Fry dal and green chillis in ghee, until light brown.
| | • | Grind coconut, deep-fried dal and green chillis together.
| | • | Fry whole table mustard in ghee.
| | • | Add it to the chutney.
| | • | Serve with Dosa.
