| • | Mix ghee, salt, wheat flour and enough amount of water to knead smooth dough.

| | • | Make equivalent sized balls, smear them with dry aside flour and roll them aside on a rolling board.
| | • | Heat a griddle. Put the chapatti on it.
| | • | Moderately roast both the sides of chapatti on griddle.
