| • | Preheat the oven to 350 degree F and lubricate a springform pan.

| • | Take a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted down butter and push onto bottom of the pan.

| • | In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth.

| • | Combine it with the milk, and then mix in the egg one at a time, mixing only enough to incorporate.

| • | Add sour cream, vanilla and flour to it, mix well until smooth.
|
| • | Now pour the filling up into the cooked crust and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour.

| • | Turn the oven off, and allow cake cool in oven for about 5 to 6 hours.

| • | Place it in the refrigerator until serving.
