• 4 Eggs
• 5 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1.5 kg Potatoes (peeled, shredded)
• 2-1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Preheat oven to 350 degree F and lubricate a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Place chopped white potatoes in a colander and squeeze aside the moisture.
Take a large normal bowl and put eggs, salt, pepper, oil and chopped up onion in it.
Place chopped white potatoes and cheese in the normal bowl and mix well.
Now mix the above-made 2 mixtures and pour it into the cooked loaf pan.
Bake for at minimum 1 60 minutes or until browned, serve up hot.
