| • | To cook the crust mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoon sugar, and butter in a bowl.

| • | Mix them the right way and push onto bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.

| • | Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.

| • | Meanwhile mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in an electrical mixer until well blended.

| • | Add beaten egg gradually one at a time, mixing well afterward each addition.

| • | Pour the above cooked mixture in the cooking pan and bake at 450 degree F for 10 minutes.

| • | Reduce oven temperature to 250 degree F; carry on baking for 30-40 minutes.

| • | Loosen cake from rim of pan.Chill.
|
| • | Spread cherry pie filling up all over cheesecake before serving.
