Cherry Cheesecake Recipe • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 1/4 cup Butter (melted)
• 3 cups Cream Cheese (softened)
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
• 3 Eggs
• 2 cups Cherry Pie Filling (chilled)
To cook the crust mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoon sugar, and butter in a bowl.
Mix them the right way and push onto bottom of a 9-inch spring form pan.
Bake at 350 degree F for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in an electrical mixer until well blended.
Add beaten egg gradually one at a time, mixing well afterward each addition.
Pour the above cooked mixture in the cooking pan and bake at 450 degree F for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 250 degree F; carry on baking for 30-40 minutes.
Loosen cake from rim of pan.Chill.
Spread cherry pie filling up all over cheesecake before serving.
