| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan and add chicken pieces to it.

| • | Fry until chicken acquires cooked and take aside the pieces from oil.

| • | Now fry chopped up onions, celery, cabbage, ginger and beans in the same oil.

| • | Add cooked chicken to the deep-fried vegetables.

| • | Cook it all over normal heat up until it changes soft.

| • | Add soy sauce, cornstarch, a little water and a pinch of pepper to thicken the consistency.

| • | Simmer all over low burn for 1 minute.

| • | Chicken Chop Suey is ready to eat. Serve with boiled rice.
